Why Raptor-Service over MotoService?

Intended for viewing and updating software, New Eagle’s Raptor-Service tool provides a more user-friendly, customizable alternative to MotoHawk’s MotoService tool. With Raptor-Service, users experience a simplified application that flashes updates and troubleshoots issues. Whereas Moto-Service requires two different software applications to perform these tasks, Raptor-Service performs the same key tasks in one convenient application. Notable features include customization, the option for a node-locked license and compatibility with Raptor ECUs, MotoHawk ECUs and any ECU that uses XCP protocol. Further, simplify your setup with integrated baud and ID scanning.

Raptor-Service is part of New Eagle’s Raptor platform designed to guide businesses from concept to production.

Top Seven Reasons to choose Raptor-Service over MotoService

  2. Simplified: Raptor-Service only requires one software package instead of the two used by MotoService.
  3. Customizable: Raptor-Service’s functionality levels can be set to the servicer’s needs. It can be set to function only as a viewer or an updater.
  4. Dependable: Raptor-Service’s integrated scan feature with a dependable speed of 5 ms means no need to remember your module settings.
  5. Options: Raptor-Service includes the option to use a node locked license instead of the USB dongle, meaning one less thing to worry about damaging or losing.
  6. Development: Raptor-Service is still being actively developed while MotoService is no longer being improved upon.
  7. Versatile: Raptor-Service works with Raptor Modules, MotoTron modules and any ECUs that communicate with the XCP protocol, providing an alternative to vendor-supplied tools that can be quite expensive.
